This role centers on rapid growth, wide reach, and an authentic creator ecosystem. You will lead themed accounts, manage communities, run influencer collaborations, and deliver content through CapCut, Canva, and AI tools.

Qualifications

A Note From The Founder Before The Job Description

I'm Caner. I was the founder of Tamindir.com, which stayed in Türkiye's top 10 sites for a decade. Now we build faith-tech apps; Muslim App is the biggest, around 3M monthly users in total. We grew on product and organic, and now I want a content machine around our apps: creators, communities, camp accounts, UGC flowing every day without anyone pushing it. This machine doesn't exist yet. You will build it. I'm not looking for someone who manages a list of influencers. We're looking for the architect who designs the system, hires the first creators, sets up their income model, and reports the numbers every month. About The Role

Brands like Duolingo, Strava and Higgsfield grew by putting content and community at the center. We want the same machine for our portfolio, starting with Muslim App. Your job is to design and run it end to end: a UGC creator farm, themed camp accounts, live communities on WhatsApp/Discord/Telegram, an ambassador program with a real income model for creators, and content supply from marketplaces like Billo and TikTok Creator Marketplace. Everything you build feeds two outputs: organic reach and the creative library our UA team scales with paid ads.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and manage UGC creators through DMs, mass email outreach, referral loops and communities; build the pipeline from sourcing to delivery
• Design creator income models (per content, per view, per install) so creators keep producing without us chasing them
• Launch and grow themed camp accounts (daily dua, mom stories, reminders) built for near-zero cost and viral potential
• Set up and run community channels; turn users from consumers into content producers through challenges and campaigns
• Run influencer collaborations across micro, mid and macro tiers, and source content from creator marketplaces
• Produce baseline creatives yourself with CapCut, Canva and AI video tools when needed
• Report monthly: how many creatives produced, how many tested, what worked, what we do differently next month

What We're Looking For

• You've activated a real creator network before and produced high volumes of authentic video at low cost
• You understand our audiences; faith content demands cultural and religious sensitivity, and you either know these cultures or research until you do
• You know hooks and retention mechanics, and you measure instead of guessing
• Strong English is a must; all briefs and creator communication run in English
• Experience beyond the Turkish market; worldwide creator work is prioritized

How We'll Measure Success

First 30 days: your plan for the structure and a real understanding of the business. The next 30 days: channels open, first creator wave producing, first UGC tests running. From then on, monthly numbers: creatives produced, tests run, usable UGC per month, camp account growth, cost per usable video.

Compensation

Up to $5,000/month. We work with contractors, which gives us flexibility to go further for the right person.
