Job summary

Turknet is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead CPE testing, deployment and vendor coordination for residential and corporate solutions. You will drive product specs, coordinate development and ensure timely delivery while advancing our broadband technology portfolio.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Curious about technology
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous work experience in CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) vendors and Telco operators would be preferred
• Experience and understanding of Internet, Voice/Video products, technologies, and also CPE for Consumer & Business markets
• Knowledge and experience with broadband, DSL, 802.11 wireless technologies, IP networking
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (HTTP, DNS, TELNET, SMTP, SNMP, SYSLOG), IP routing and IP/MPLS protocols
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and solutions
• Skilled and experienced in CPE Testing/Deployment and Project Management
• Have the technical knowledge to install any CPE device (Router, Switch, Radio Link, L2&L3 ONT, HGW, xDSL) without any help or should be willing to learn
• Define the performance test scope, execute and report the results for current or candidate CPE devices in Turknet Residential and Corporate solution portfolio
• Support CPE Product Management for defining the specifications, coordinating the development and localization process of the CPE products, and also project management of the CPE products pre and after product deployment
• Interface with CPE vendors on CPE Roadmaps, firmware upgrades, testing and bug reporting
• Focus on Consumer's Home Network & Wi-Fi performance by continuously analyzing the CPE smart cloud & ACS data and define the action plans to elevate the satisfaction
• Closely follow the latest technology and trends
