Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. seeks a cost analyst for new motorcycle projects, focusing on BOM, labor and overhead costs. You will support target costing, variance analysis, and cost tracking across project and mass production phases.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or business/economics, 3+ years in manufacturing costing, and strong English. Proficiency in MS Office is required; motorcycle enthusiasm is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing industries (automotive, motorcycle, or supplier industries).
• Hands-on experience in product costing, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production cost calculation methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Being an active motorcycle rider or having a strong interest in motorcycles is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct target costing studies and variance analyses.
• Analyze and report cost deviations occurring in production processes.
• Monitor material, labor, and manufacturing expenses in detail.
• Perform cost breakdown and cost tracking activities during both project and mass production phases.
• Develop cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Prepare regular reports and provide analytical insights to management.
