Job summary

Hyundai Motor UK Ltd. is seeking a production engineering professional in İzmit who will prepare and revise technical documents, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, and ergonomics.

The role requires collaboration across departments and strong analytical skills. The candidate will manage projects for new models and engineering changes, develop equipment concepts, and coordinate with purchasing and installation teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Strong communication skills and reporting abilities.
• Ability to operate under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related to work standards and process sheets.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues.

Job description

• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas(Work Standards, Process Sheets etc.)
• Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues
• Closely follow up daily problems, analysis and find solution ideas
• Innovate and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic ideas
• Manage project related with new modelsF/Up Engineering changes
• Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification existing, follow purchasing and installation
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and instructions

You will also need to have:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Min. 1 year of experience in Automotive Field especially in Production
• Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Having high communication skills & willing to work with other departments
• Having high reporting, analysis and follow up skillsStrong computer skills (Catia, AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in challenging situations within time constraints
• No travel restrictions and capability of driving
