Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. is seeking a Cost Analyst to prepare product cost analyses for motorcycle projects, including BOM, labor, and overhead costs.

You will conduct target costing studies and variance analyses, and monitor cost deviations in production. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, strong English, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience in product costing, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of BOM and production cost calculation methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Active motorcycle rider or strong interest in motorcycles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product cost analyses for new motorcycle model projects, including BOM, labor, and overhead costs.
• Conduct target costing studies and variance analyses.
• Analyze and report cost deviations occurring in production processes.
• Monitor material, labor, and manufacturing expenses in detail.
• Perform cost breakdown and cost tracking activities during both project and mass production phases.
• Develop cost improvement initiatives with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Prepare regular reports and provide analytical insights to management.
