Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and banking transactions.
• Experience in import operations, foreign currency transactions, and cost analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, or similar systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and financial recordkeeping.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, and payment collections.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial obligations.
• Track import-related costs, foreign currency transactions, and exchange rate differences.
• Conduct product and service cost analyses and prepare profitability reports.
• Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
• Support human resources administration and general administrative operations.
• Work closely with external accounting and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve the company's efficiency, financial performance, and long-term profitability.
