Job summary

SGS & Co is seeking an Artwork Project Manager to coordinate packaging artwork and the graphic chain across multiple brands and markets. You will connect clients, artwork teams, production and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate delivery aligned with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have FMCG packaging coordination experience and can manage multiple stakeholders while communicating fluently in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate packaging artwork projects from brief to final artwork delivery.
  • Manage timelines and milestones according to critical paths.
  • Be the primary contact between clients, artwork operators, production teams and suppliers.
  • Create and manage workflows within HubX and SAP; track progress in systems.
  • Ensure approvals and deliverables meet SLAs and technical requirements.
  • Lead KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for anArtwork Project Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team supporting a leading multinational FMCG organization.

This role focuses on the coordination of packaging artwork and graphic chain projects across multiple brands and markets. Acting as the key link between clients, artwork teams, production teams and external suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand and market requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating packaging artwork projects within an FMCG environment and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while communicating fluently in both Turkish and English.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage packaging artwork projects from brief through to final artwork delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved according to agreed critical paths.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client teams, artwork operators, production teams, printers and other stakeholders.
  • Create and manage workflows within HubX and SAP.
  • Ensure projects are correctly allocated and tracked within internal systems.
  • Manage artwork adaptations, updates and market roll-outs across multiple SKUs and product categories.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate and resolve potential risks.
  • Lead internal project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support pre-production meetings and facilitate communication between all project participants.
  • Coordinate artwork approvals and ensure deliverables are uploaded within agreed SLAs.
  • Work closely with print and production teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Escalate project risks, delays or missing information where appropriate.
  • Support KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements – Experience & Technical Skills
  • Experience in Artwork Coordination, Packaging Project Management, Graphic Chain Management, Prepress Coordination or Packaging Production.
  • Experience working within FMCG, packaging, print or branding environments.
  • Strong understanding of packaging artwork workflows, approval processes and artwork adaptation.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred
  • Experience working with global FMCG brands.
  • Knowledge of print production, reprographics or prepress processes.
  • Experience with artwork workflow systems such as HubX, WebCenter, BLUE, SAP or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of packaging production and graphic chain environments.
