Job summary

Rönesans Holding seeks an experienced Contract Manager to develop and implement contract management policies, oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts across various units, and ensure compliance with contractual duties.

The role requires a decade of contract management experience, strong drafting ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to adapt to corporate methods, supporting long‑term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, law, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in contract law.
• 10 years prior experience working as a contract manager or a related job role.
• Contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt corporate methods of contract and business management to join a long‑term team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
• Carry‑out and oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts
• Ensure that all contractual accountability and duties are met by both the parties signing it
• Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution services whenever a situation arises
• Educate the stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the contract
• Resolve contract disputes and issues with internal and external stakeholders
• Support business development activities by providing contract‑related insights and recommendations

Objectives of this role

• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
• Carry‑out and oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts
• Ensure that all contractual accountability and duties are met by both the parties signing it
• Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution services whenever a situation arises
• Educate the stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the contract

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant drafting, monitoring and review correspondence and contracts across various verticals and scales
• Provide essential contract management services, by resolving conflicts, providing legal advice and renewing and redrafting contracts
• Supervise the performance of the contract and work towards compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in it
• Prepare reports and documentation on the contract performance and run them by the Reporting Manager and Executive Board Member
• Update and revise contracts as per the dynamic national legal regulations
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the status of the contracts
• Liaise with legal counsel and other discipline leaders to address complex contract matters
