ICterra Information and Communication Technologies is hiring a Content Operations specialist to manage daily live sports content, enter metadata, and monitor video in-out points. The role includes creating and uploading VOD content to the Cloud and ensuring accurate metadata throughout the workflow.

The ideal candidate will work in shifts, have a passion for sports events, and possess English communication skills for technical discussions. CMS experience and strong data handling are required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily live sports content and enter metadata.
• Manage VOD creation and cloud upload after matches.
• Define and adjust in-out points for live broadcasts.
• Identify, correct, and, if needed, manually intervene on system errors.
• Operate CMS platforms for content entry/editing and update data.
• Use MS Office tools for data entry and reporting.

Job Description

The Content Operations specialist is responsible for the preparation, control and management of all daily live sports content; entering metadata and managing operations. All live broadcasts/Sports events shall instantaneously monitored & video in-out points will be defined. VOD content will be created at the end of the match will be uploaded to the Cloud. When necessary, the metadata of some sporting events can be added to the system.

This position will be responsible for the daily monitoring of the sports events,

and metadata entries. Errors in the system shall be identified, eliminated and if necessary, manually intervened.

Qualifications

• University or college graduate,


• Suitable for shift work, (2 days in the morning 07:00-15:00, 2 days at night 23:00-07:00, 2 days at noon 15:00-23:00 2 days off)


• Fond of sports events (Football/Tennis etc.)


• Compatible with team work,


• Responsible and able to take initiative when necessary,


• Ability to make technical conversations in English,


• Preferably knowledgeable about OTT


• Able to work in a dynamic work environment with effective time management,


• Experience in CMS (Content Management Systems) platforms, competence in content entry and editing.


• Good command of MS Office applications for data entry and updating (Word, Excel, etc.).


• Attentive and detail-oriented working skills.


• Collaboration and effective communication skills within a team.


• Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems.
