Job summary

Etstur, Türkiye's leading travel and tourism company, is seeking a talented video producer/editor to craft and publish video content for the brand and its sub-brands. You will lead shoots, edit processes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate creativity while maintaining the brand voice across social channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in video production, strong Adobe suite skills, and a passion for AI-driven content creation in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video shooting and editing.
• Experience producing video content for brands and campaigns.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video tools and workflows.
• Experience with text-to-video and AI-based audio processing.
• Familiar with staying on-brand while using AI-driven content creation.
• Experience planning model, lifestyle, indoor and outdoor shoots; proficient with Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Male candidates: completion of military service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processes of producing, editing and publishing videos for Etstur and sub-brands’ social accounts.
• Research video content ideas for social media and prepare the best concepts.
• Prepare videos in line with brand marketing strategies.
• Produce advertising and video content, assist in editing, planning and sound arrangements.
• Accompany the team during commercial and video shoots.
• Ensure internal and external communication.
• Use AI-powered tools to create fast, creative, scalable content.
• Develop AI-assisted concepts, storyboards and editing recommendations for social media.
• Ensure AI content aligns with brand tone and visual identity, maintaining quality control.
• Stay updated with AI video trends and integrate into workflows.

Qualifications

• Experienced in producing video content, special project and campaign videos for the brands,
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and having the ability to use them effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in AI-powered tools that accelerate video production workflows and enhance creativity (e.g., Nano Banana 2.1, Seedance 2.5, Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Experienced in effectively using text-to-video, image outpainting/expansion, and AI-based audio processing technologies within video editing and post-production workflows.
• Experience with AI-powered audio enhancement and noise reduction tools (e.g., Adobe Podcast) as well as text-to-speech (TTS) Technologies
• Closely follows the latest trends, innovations, and tools in AI-driven content creation and is able to adapt these technologies in line with brand identity and communication strategies
• Experienced in planning and executing model, lifestyle, indoor and outdoor photo shoots, with professionally retouching and post-processing raw images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Job Description
