Job summary

Nozzle - Ship Management Software in Istanbul (Ataşehir) seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and monitor on-premise and Azure resources. You will administer Windows Server, IIS, MSSQL, and Microsoft 365 environments, handle firewalls and VPNs, and drive backup, security controls, and ISO 27001 compliance.

Strong scripting with PowerShell, plus English proficiency, are required. You will collaborate with external providers and support a growing organization’s IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or IT operations (4+ years).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on with IIS administration (site/app pool mgmt, SSL, performance).
• Experience with MSSQL Server operations (backup/restore, maintenance, monitoring).
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, cost management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, conditional access, MFA).
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and security (firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• ISO 27001 knowledge and supporting security controls/audits a plus.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Endpoint management tools such as Intune a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to own IT operations.
• Good communication with users, management and providers.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• No military service obligations (for male candidates).
• Preferably graduated from related university departments.
