Job summary

Beko is seeking a Lead - Payroll to join the Accounting - HQ Directorate in Istanbul. You will lead payroll operations, wage accruals, and incentive practices while ensuring compliance with Labor Law No. 4857 and related regulations.

You’ll work with SAP, Power BI, and MS Office in a confidentiality-forward environment. The role requires 5+ years in payroll, strong English skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions within a global household of brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English; strong MS Office and SAP skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving; able to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, wage accruals, and incentive practices with 5+ years of experience.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law No. 4857 and related regulations.
• Leverage SAP and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.

• Payroll, personnel affairs, wage accrual, and incentive practices – with at least 5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security legislation, income tax practices, and other related legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP programs.
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, highly responsible, and a good team player.
• Committed to working with high confidentiality and strong ethical principles.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with a passion for research.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.
