Job summary

Zorlu Energy Group in Turkey seeks an Assistant Finance Specialist to join our growing team. The role supports daily financial operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relations, and payment processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and GDPR protections.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, at least 1 year of experience, strong Excel and English skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily financial operations.
• Assist in preparing daily cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Create and track bank payment instructions.
• Monitor bank transactions and maintain banking relationships.
• Support payment processes and ensure the timely execution of financial transactions.
• Support the issuance and renewal of bank guarantee letters and coordinate related processes with banks.
• Support loan, guarantee, and other financing-related operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and finance projects.
