Job summary

Schneider Electric in Turkey seeks a Services Solution Architect to build a strong operational value proposition with key customers in the Cloud and Service Provider segment. The SA engages leadership, identifies services and solutions to ensure safe, cybersecure, reliable, connected and energy-efficient operations of equipment and assets in their environments.

The SA will consult, provide recommendations, qualify, develop, and manage opportunities per the Life Cycle Management Strategy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 8–10 years in solutions sales strategies with global strategic customers.
• 6+ years in project/services solution development/sales.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Services tools: bFO, IB Intel, Account Cockpit.

Responsibilities

• Combine consultative selling and business case approaches to drive adoption of changes and investments.
• Own opportunity creation and develop them to close, identifying valuable and profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with account owners and sales leaders to develop C-Level relationships with stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into Schneider Electric value propositions and build appropriate solutions.
• Lead after-sales customer success and develop new opportunities to extend sales scope.
