Job summary

EY in Türkiye is seeking interns to join Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) across all offices. You will support sustainability engagements, conduct research and help prepare client materials as part of a multidisciplinary, global team.

Qualifications

• 4th year students or graduates from sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields.
• Financial literacy and the ability to interpret financial statements is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge with sustainability assurance (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability, climate change, and reporting-related engagements.
• Help conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify client risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reports.
• Support project documentation, workpapers and EY risk management procedures.
