Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking interns to join the Climate Change & Sustainability Services teams across our offices in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmir and Adana. You will support sustainability engagements, conduct research, and help prepare client reports under supervision.

Ideal candidates are in their final year or graduates in sciences, engineering, economics, public policy or business, with strong analytical and communication skills in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• 4th year students or graduates from sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields.
• Financial literacy and the ability to interpret financial statements is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge with sustainability assurance (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability, climate change, and reporting-related engagements
• Help conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify client risks, opportunities and improvement areas
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reports
• Support project documentation, workpapers and EY risk management procedures
