Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team across offices in Türkiye. You will support client engagements, develop decarbonisation roadmaps and contribute to climate reporting and assurance activities.

The role requires 3–6 years of sustainability experience, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Turkish. We offer a collaborative, diverse environment and opportunities to grow with a global network.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in sustainability, climate change or related roles.
• Knowledge of GHG accounting (Scope 1–3) and/or LCA.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (ISSB/TSRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP).
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of sustainability, climate change and reporting engagements.
• Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop sustainability strategies, decarbonisation roadmaps and climate risk assessments.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across service lines.
