Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking motivated interns to join the Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) teams in our offices. You will assist on sustainability engagements, conduct research and data analysis, and help prepare client materials and reports.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Fluency in English and Turkish is required, with a proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 4th year student or graduate in sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields.
• Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge with sustainability assurance (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability, climate change, and reporting-related engagements.
• Help conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify client risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals and technical reports.
• Support project documentation, workpapers and EY risk management procedures.
