Job summary

EY Türkiye seeks Assistants to join Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) teams across offices. You will support client engagements, perform data analysis, assist in developing sustainability strategies and reporting in line with major frameworks.

Ideal candidates have a strong academic background in environmental fields, 0–3 years of experience and fluency in English and Turkish. The role offers collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in sustainability, climate change or related roles.
• Knowledge of GHG accounting (Scope 1-3) and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Experience with E&S due diligence and decarbonisation planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and research skills in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of sustainability, climate change and reporting engagements for clients.
• Conduct data analysis, benchmarking and develop decarbonisation roadmaps.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting in line with ISSB/TSRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP.
• Assist in project documentation, proposals and client presentations.
