Job summary

Citi in Turkey is seeking a Client Executive Manager – Services FI Sales for a one-year temporary role. You will interface with a portfolio of clients to understand procedures and needs, and collaborate with Sales to expand revenue.

Responsibilities include driving deals through implementation, ensuring revenue ramp, maintaining client satisfaction, coordinating cross-sell opportunities, and upholding Citi AML, governance, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• University Degree and related qualification required.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in banking, back-office cash management or trade operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with a portfolio of Clients to understand operating procedures and needs.
• Work with Sales and Coverage to focus on revenue expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive deals through Implementation ensuring revenue ramp and retention across the portfolio.
• Be the client advocate across Citi network to ensure client satisfaction across 100+ countries.
• Identify and coordinate new cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
• Monitor revenues and provide timely reports on attrition and profitability.
