Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Istanbul is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst for Institutional Credit Management Underwriting. You will assess the credit and financial strength of Citi’s corporate clients, preparing risk write-ups and rating decisions.

The role focuses on continuous monitoring of the portfolio, collaboration with risk and banking teams, and adherence to credit policies. 0-2 years of relevant experience is expected, with fluent Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of credit experience in Banking or Credit Risk Management.
• Fundamental analytical skills with understanding of liquidity, leverage and financial statements.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• BA/BSc or higher in Business (MBA) or related subject.

Responsibilities

• Assess the credit and financial strength of Citi’s Corporate Banking clients including Large Corporates, Public Sector Entities, Financial Institutions by performing fundamental credit analysis.
• Complete Credit Analysis Write-up Memos and Final Obligor Risk Ratings based on independent assessment and due diligence.
• Continuous monitoring of the covered portfolio, tracking industry trends and escalation of potential credit issues to ICM-UW seniors.
