ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Solution Architect Chapter Lead to blend architectural leadership with people leadership. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions and grow a chapter of engineers through coaching and capability development.

You will guide large-scale transformation initiatives, API ecosystems, and cloud adoption while aligning with ING's standards and engineering practices across a globally distributed bank.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as software engineer/architect
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Experience as Solution Architect/Lead Engineer
• Strong stakeholder management across business/tech
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Agile environments
• Bachelors in Computer/Software Engineering
• Fluent English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across multiple systems and domains
• Lead feasibility studies and solution assessments for new initiatives
• Drive modernization and cloud transformation programs
• Define integration strategies, standards, and design patterns
• Promote scalable, secure, and maintainable tech solutions
• Support platform evolution and roadmaps
• Guide teams through architectural decision-making
• Bridge business goals with technology execution
• Grow and coach engineers within the chapter
