ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Solution Architect Chapter Lead to design scalable architectures and lead a chapter of engineers. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives across ING's international ecosystem.

You will mentor engineers, manage a team of 8–12, participate in hiring, and ensure governance and engineering excellence in line with ING standards.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software engineering, solution design or architecture roles.

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across multiple systems and domains.
• Grow and coach a chapter of engineers (8–12).
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization programs.
