Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for the META region, spanning the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
You will lead the regional customer and channel marketing engine, translating business priorities into integrated campaigns, MDF activation and demand generation that accelerate product adoption and improve lead-to-revenue conversion. The role requires building annual regional plans, managing budgets, and enabling partners with MAPs and QBRs.
Lead the regional customer and channel marketing engine for Honeywell Industrial Automation across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META). The role converts business priorities into integrated, measurable programs that create demand, strengthen partner performance, accelerate new-product adoption and improve lead-to-revenue conversion.
Regional strategy and planning: Build and own the annual META customer and channel marketing plan, aligned to regional growth priorities, vertical strategies, portfolio launches and sales targets. Balance physical and digital activation and translate strategy into an executable calendar, budget and operating rhythm.
Tier 1 channel strategy and execution: Drive end-to-end marketing success with priority partners, including joint planning, Marketing Action Plans (MAPs), quarterly business reviews, campaign alignment and partner enablement.
Integrated demand generation: Design short- and mid-cycle campaigns that improve awareness, engagement, opportunity qualification, pipeline commitment and conversion across priority industries and accounts.
Partner activation and MDF: Own the execution of partner marketing plans and Market Development Fund (MDF) activation. Establish clear objectives, governance, measurement and optimization to improve MDF return on investment.
NPI commercialization: Lead regional commercialization for new product introductions: audience and value proposition, positioning, launch plan, content and collateral, sales and partner enablement, Tech Talks, knowledge articles, NPI days and EPC roundtables.
Lead-to-revenue management: Improve nurture, scoring, routing, follow-up and conversion. Partner with marketing operations and sales to maintain campaign hygiene, reporting discipline and closed-loop learning.
Core marketing and experiences: Activate corporate and GBE priorities through localized content, customer events, executive engagements, industry events and partner programs. Secure brand and legal approvals and support high-quality customer experiences.
Customer insight and advocacy: Capture customer insights and Voice of Customer (VOC), identify proof points and references, and develop localized stories and use cases that strengthen relevance and credibility.
Performance management: Run monthly operating reviews, analyze performance by campaign, market, partner and funnel stage, and recommend resource shifts based on impact and learning.
