Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Project Mgmt Specialist II (HPS/PAS) to lead project execution across Turkey and nearby regions. You will support PMs in logistics, document control, and act as deputy PM when needed, ensuring schedules and budgets align with client expectations.

You will oversee revenue/cost forecasting, manage subcontractors, coordinate design and testing plans, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder communication. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing project teams would be an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, document controls, automation, Controls and/or Process industries with SCADA & Distributed Control Systems is desirable.
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven client and supplier contract negotiations and management experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong English and Turkish written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel (potentially <50% ).
• Proficient in PM tools, including MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Supports PMs on logistics, custom clearance activities.
• Supports PMs on document control activities.
• Supports PMs on their absence and as deputy PM when needed.
• Assigned as PM for projects with a value up to 1M$ (core Honeywell products).
• Primary interface to Honeywell's customers for above listed tasks in line with Honeywell values.
• Produce, monitor and maintain project delivery schedule across Turkey and adjacent regions.
• Produce revenue and cost budgets and forecasts and monitor them through the project duration.
• Assess and manage internal and external resources to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Engage with sourcing to manage and negotiate third party suppliers for material plan and budget.
• Manage the timely delivery of design specifications and project documentation.
• Provide input to plans for testing, engineering and commissioning activities.
• Manage inspections and tests of Honeywell and third-party equipment.
• Manage scope and facilitate change management to keep stakeholders informed.
• Track project status and report to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for reporting revenue, cost, billing and GM against forecasts.
• Be responsible for customer billing as per contract and ensure timely collections.
• Champion and lead project Quality Assurance and Health & Safety standards.
• Complete project handover to client and service.
• Ensure project closeout.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess and manage internal and external resources (Sub contracting) to deliver the project on time, to the labour budget for the projects assigned as PM and/or Deputy PM.
• Engage with sourcing to manage and negotiate third party suppliers to ensure on material plan and budget attainment.
• Manage the timely delivery of design specifications and project documentation as required, to meet project needs.
• Provide input to all plans for testing, engineering and commissioning activities.
• Manage Honeywell and third-party equipment inspections and tests.
• Manage Project Scope and facilitate change management to ensure that customers/management are aware of changes in project scope
• Track project status and report on a monthly basis to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Risks and Opportunity.
• Manage Projects to time, budget and customer satisfaction.
• Taking responsibility for reporting (revenue, cost , billing and GM) to ensuring performance against forecasts
• Be responsible for customer billing as per contract and to ensure that all payments are collected in a timely fashion.
• Champion and lead project Quality Assurance and Health & Safety standards.
• Complete project handover to client and service.
• Ensure project closeout.

Key skills and experience preferred
