Job summary

Lufian is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead all financial operations as the brand expands in Turkey and internationally. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to budgeting, reporting, and treasury management.

You will oversee finance, accounting, controls, and tax strategies; work with senior management to shape growth, improve profitability, and sustain financial health across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years of supervisory and working experience in multicultural and matrix organizations.
• At least 5 years of leadership as Finance Director/CFO.
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong planning/organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and problem solving abilities.
• Advanced English language skills; experience in retail or textile markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile the budget and strategic plan.
• Manage operations and accounting to ensure effective company management.
• Develop strategies to increase market share, profitability, and efficiency; set department policies with managers.
• Review financial statements and activity reports; adjust goals and plans accordingly.
• Evaluate financing needs, cash flow, and use of bank loans for operations.
• Present financial and tax strategy recommendations to senior management; support FP&A activities.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and audits.
