Job summary

FERASET, a fast-growing AI startup in Istanbul, seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to work with the CEO. You’ll own recurring reports, maintain trackers and dashboards, and ensure deadlines are met while supporting investor communications.

You will design processes, improve routines, and collaborate across Product, Data, HR, Strategy, and Operations to move initiatives forward. Turkish and English fluency is essential.

The Role

This role works closely with the CEO and keeps the company's core operating rhythm running. That means recurring reports delivered on time, trackers that are always up to date, deadlines that never slip, and cross-functional projects that actually get finished. It sits at the center of how leadership makes decisions, communicates with investors, and executes day to day.

You'll have room to design new processes and improve how we work. But a large part of the role is recurring, behind-the-scenes execution, and doing it consistently well is the job. If you get real satisfaction from a process that runs smoothly because you're looking after it, you'll thrive here. If you mainly want to build something new every week, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting (financial, operational, strategic) and deliver it reliably on schedule.
• Build and maintain the trackers, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries leadership relies on.
• Keep recurring deadlines on track, from investor updates to incentive program requirements, through proactive scheduling and follow-ups.
• Run existing processes end to end, spot bottlenecks, and improve how things work.
• Support the preparation of board decks, investor reports, and external communications such as investor updates, blog posts, and announcements.
• Conduct market and competitor research, prepare briefs for CEO-level meetings, and support business planning and hiring.
• Help drive cross-functional projects such as government incentive applications, product compliance with relevant regulations and website development, working closely with Product, Data, HR, Strategy, and Operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proof that you can reliably keep a recurring responsibility going over time, whether from a job, an internship, a student club, or something you run on your own.
• A process mindset: you follow, monitor, and improve, and you've organized a messy process or built your own tracking system before.
• Ownership and proactivity. You bring structure to ambiguous tasks without waiting for step-by-step direction, and you're eager to learn.
• Genuine satisfaction in doing routine operational work properly.
• Clear communication in professional-level Turkish and English, and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, solid numerical thinking, and comfort working with data.
• Nice to have: financial literacy, familiarity with the mobile app and advertising ecosystem, knowledge of government incentive programs, or experience in consulting, finance, or strategy.
