Job summary

Feraset is an Istanbul-based AI startup building tools to empower teams with AI-driven workflows. You’ll own and extend Feraset Tools, from frontend to backend, and develop agentized workflows that speed up business processes.

You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand real needs, then design and ship solutions. The role emphasizes shipping, learning, and influencing how tools evolve across the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on development experience.
• Full stack experience across frontend and backend.
• Solid understanding of how AI agents work, ideally built one.
• Strong communication and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Experience with agent SDKs (e.g. Claude/OpenAI) and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Build new tools and features for Feraset Tools across frontend and backend.
• Create agentic workflows to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Take ideas to production and iterate for continuous improvement.
