Karadeniz Holding is seeking a CCGT Technical Excellence Manager to join the Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment team at the Kağıthane, Istanbul head office. The role demands a strong background in power generation, operations, and standards development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in power generation, operations, maintenance, or related functions.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of CCGT operations, maintenance, reliability and asset management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance and continuous improvement of operational and maintenance standards across the fleet.
• Drive standardization initiatives for operating philosophies and maintenance methodologies.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures, guidelines, standards and best-practice documents.
• Analyze operational and maintenance data to identify performance improvements.
• Monitor implementation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with corporate requirements and OEM recommendations.
• Support maintenance strategies, reliability programs and asset management standards.
• Monitor fleet KPIs and prepare management reports.

We are looking for a CCGT Technical Excellence Manager to join our Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in power generation, operations, maintenance, technical support, or standardization functions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of CCGT operations, maintenance, reliability, and asset management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Monitor fleet compliance KPIs and prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes related to technical standards and operational improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and integration of lessons learned across the organization.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and operational excellence.
