Job summary

Karadeniz Holding invites a Process Development Specialist to join its Istanbul HQ in the Process Development Department. The role focuses on analysing, designing, and documenting business processes in line with BPM standards, driving continuous improvement and governance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in process-related roles, familiarity with ARIS, KPI design, and ERP transformation experience, plus strong English and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Management preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in process management, business analysis, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of BPM principles, process governance, and process architecture concepts.
• Experience in end-to-end process analysis, workshops, requirements gathering, and identifying improvements.
• Familiarity with EPC notation and process modelling tools, preferably ARIS.
• Experience in KPI definition, performance measurement, and process reporting.
• Knowledge of risk, internal control, and compliance in process design is a plus.
• ERP-driven transformation project experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness for international travel.

• Analyze, design, and document processes per BPM standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate process analysis and design workshops with business units.

• Define, monitor, and report process KPIs.

We are looking for a “Process Development Specialist” to be assigned to our “Process Development Department” located in “İstanbul HQ.”

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, business analysis, continuous improvement, or transformation projects,
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) principles, process governance, and process architecture concepts,
• Experience in conducting end-to-end process analysis, facilitating process design workshops, gathering business requirements, and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with EPC notation and process modelling tools, preferably ARIS,
• Experience in KPI definition, performance measurement, and process reporting,
• Knowledge of risk, internal control, and compliance concepts within process design is an asset,
• Experience in ERP-driven transformation projects is an asset,
• CBPP, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent BPM certification is an asset,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Availability for international travel when required.
