Job summary

Karadeniz Holding, through its Karpowership unit, seeks a CCGT Power Plants Instrumentation & I&C Maintenance Manager to join the Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment team at its Kağıthane, Istanbul head office. You will lead major I&C maintenance outages, drive standards, and provide technical leadership across the fleet.

The role requires 8+ years in gas turbine CC power plants, strong control/automation knowledge (Valmet DNA/DCS, Siemens PCS 7, T3000; Mitsubishi MELSEC;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plants.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, technical support and training activities.
• Experience with power plant control, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major I&C maintenance outages, overhauls and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement fleet-wide maintenance standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during major failures, plant disturbances and performance issues.
• Coordinate OEMs, engineering specialists and service providers during troubleshooting activities.
• Support root cause analysis investigations and ensure lessons learned are deployed fleet-wide.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and technical improvement initiatives.
• Drive competency development and technical training programs for I&C personnel.
• Monitor maintenance effectiveness, schedule compliance and asset reliability performance.
• Support spare parts, service contract and maintenance budget optimization activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.

We are looking for a CCGT Power Plants Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Maintenance Manager to join our Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plants.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, technical support and training activities.
• Demonstrated experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of power plant control, instrumentation, and automation systems, including Valmet DNA/DCS, Siemens PCS 7, Siemens T3000, Mitsubishi MELSEC Steam Turbine Control Systems, and Woodward Gas Turbine Control Systems
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
