Job summary

Eczacıbaşı Holding is offering an HR Analytics internship in Istanbul for 4th-year students in Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields. You will assist in HR data analysis, build Power BI dashboards, and help maintain HRIS data quality.

You will gain experience across HR, IT, and analytics, with flexible work options and opportunities to develop your skills in AI-enabled HR processes.

Qualifications

• Currently a 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Willing to intern at least 3.5 days per week for a long-term period.
• Enjoy data analysis and deriving insights from results.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Interest or basic experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Curious about technology, AI, and digital HR applications.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Good level of English.
• Reside in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Assist in control, organization, and analysis of HR data.
• Support reporting/dashboard work on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and other HR metrics.
• Support development, testing, and data validation of Power BI dashboards.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of employee data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Contribute to HRIS master data, data quality, and governance initiatives.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors and other HR system needs and testing/UAT processes.
• Contribute to data flows between HR systems and analytics platforms.
• Explore digitization, automation, and AI opportunities in HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders on HR Analytics projects.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member

• Assist in the control, organization, and analysis of Human Resources data.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboard work related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and other key HR metrics.
• Support the development, testing, and data validation of Power BI dashboards.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and currency of employee and organizational data in HRIS systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
• Contribute to HRIS master data, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
• Support the identification of needs in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, as well as the tracking of developments, testing/UAT, and user acceptance processes.
• Contribute to the control and improvement of data flows between HR systems and reporting and analytics platforms.
• Support the exploration of digitization, automation, and artificial intelligence opportunities in HR processes.
• Contribute to HR Analytics and HRIS projects in collaboration with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
