Job summary

Gensenta İlaç, one of Turkey's leading pharmaceutical companies, seeks a professional to drive validation, process optimization, and technology transfer activities. You will collect and interpret data, prepare documentation, and lead related studies.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, data integrity, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities in digitalization and audits. English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant science/engineering field.
• Experience in validation, manufacturing, quality, or technology transfer preferred (2+ years).
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in validation, process optimization, and technology transfer activities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; prepare docs for validation studies.
• Lead validation studies and coordinate related actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Participate in new product validations and tech transfer projects.
• Provide support for Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA processes.
• Contribute to digitalization and data analytics initiatives.
• Support technical documentation during audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity principles.

What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?

• Take an active role in process validation, process optimization, and technology transfer activities, and manage related processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; prepare technical documentation and reports for validation and optimization studies.
• Leading validation studies and coordinating related actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in new product validations and technology transfer projects.
• Provide technical support for Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA processes.
• Contribute to digitalization and data analytics projects, developing solutions to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Support technical documentation activities during audits and internal inspections.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP requirements and Data Integrity principles.

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in validation, manufacturing, quality, or technology transfer within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong research, documentation, and reporting skills.
• A team player with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager for continuous development.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
