Job summary

Eczacıbaşı Holding in Istanbul invites applicants for a financial accounting role focused on statutory reporting, budgets, and tax compliance. The candidate will ensure timely delivery of financial statements and maintain IFRS-adjacent practices across entities.

A university degree and SAP FI experience are required. With 2+ years in the field, the successful person will handle bank relationships, vendor accounts, and coordination of payments, while leveraging MS Office for reporting.

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory balance sheets, income statements, and supplementary financial statements completely and within legally prescribed deadlines.
• Prepare operating budgets and balance sheets for entities.
• Submit all tax returns in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in a timely manner.
• Review and record income and expenses per Group policies, tax laws, and company procedures.
• Monitor bank, vendor, and current accounts; coordinate payments and collections.

• Preparation of statutory balance sheets, income statements, and supplementary financial statements completely and within the legally prescribed deadlines.
• Preparation of operating budgets and balance sheets for the entities.
• Timely and accurate preparation and submission of all tax returns in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and recording of income and expenses in accordance with Group policies, tax legislation, and company procedures.
• Monitoring bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other current accounts, and ensuring the coordination of payments and collections.
• Having knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and management reporting practices.
• Management of overseas real estate properties.
• Maintaining and managing relationships with foreign banks.
