Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking a Business Development Manager (Car Rental) for Turkey & Balkans. You will build and manage a portfolio of local car rental partners, drive supplier acquisition, and lead regional growth through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

You will negotiate terms, manage performance, and provide insights to optimize supply and drive profitability across assigned markets. Travel up to 30% may be required as you expand regional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or supplier management in car rental/OTA/mobility or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local car rental supplier landscape.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Experience working with API integrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; proficiency in local language strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop local car rental partners to strengthen supply coverage and support growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract renewals to secure terms and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with local suppliers and monitor revenue, availability, pricing, and content quality.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer demand, and regional opportunities to identify partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to improve supplier integrations and promotional campaigns.
• Track performance against KPIs and present reviews with strategic recommendations to management.
