AloTech, a cloud-native CCaaS platform provider, seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to lead data strategy and analytics across Türkiye, the Gulf region, and international markets.

You will own data infrastructure, oversee BigQuery structures and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data reliability, security, and scalable reporting for stakeholders. AloTech and Call Center Studio operate as aligned sister companies providing a next-generation cloud contact center platform (CCaaS) built cloud-natively on Google Cloud. This includes inbound and outbound voice, omnichannel messaging, advanced campaign dialers, real-time analytics, and an expanding AI suite covering live transcription, AI-driven quality management, and CX insights. We ship our innovative solutions for customers across Türkiye, the Gulf region, and various international markets, leading the digital transformation of enterprise brands across more than 60 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requests from internal stakeholders and customers, and determine the most suitable reporting model, data structure, and solution approach for each business need.
• Set priorities for the Business Intelligence team, create work plans, provide direction, support team development, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Plan and implement initiatives to reduce reporting costs, optimize resource utilization, and increase the contribution of reporting activities to profitability.
• Ensure the continuity, performance, reliability, and sustainability of existing Business Intelligence reporting products.
• Monitor the technical and operational suitability of reporting products and plan the necessary improvements and optimizations.
• Lead the development and enhancement of data infrastructure required to support data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the technical data infrastructure supporting Business Intelligence, including BigQuery data structures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data flows, ensuring that data is reliable, scalable, secure, and fit for reporting and analytics needs.
• Prioritize the collection and preparation of data required for reporting requests, and manage cross-functional initiatives to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor Business Intelligence and reporting processes, track performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish a learning and knowledge-sharing environment that strengthens the team’s understanding of relevant industries, products, and processes.
• Design and operate the necessary processes to ensure that customer data is shared only with authorized representatives and in compliance with information security procedures.
• Coordinate documentation for the tools used, reports developed, and processes implemented.
• Follow the projects and workflows developed by the Data Science department and provide the required documentation and coordination support.
• Structure compliance processes for the ISO/IEC 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management System, and coordinate risk assessments and impact assessments for AI applications used or developed within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of talent, development, and workforce planning policies for the Business Intelligence team in collaboration with the relevant executive management and Human Resources.
• Protect company and customer data and comply with information security requirements, company policies, procedures, and workplace principles.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, with strong team management and prioritization skills.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
• Professional experience using AI tools regularly and effectively in business workflows is mandatory. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLM-based tools, AI-assisted data analysis, automated reporting, or similar solutions.
• Professional experience developing or implementing a concrete reporting, analytics, data quality, automation, or decision-support solution using AI is mandatory. Applicants are expected to provide specific examples of their AI experience and the tools they have used.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• The ability to evaluate the technical and operational requirements of reporting products while balancing data quality, performance, sustainability, and user experience.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making, research, problem‑solving, and alternative‑solution development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, reliably, and in a results‑oriented manner with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to encourage cooperation and support the professional development of team members.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to systematically manage multiple requests and projects.
• The ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing needs, and approach problems from alternative perspectives.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to complete and comply with information security training requirements and company data confidentiality principles.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk, data security, impact assessments, or ISO/IEC 42001 processes is a strong plus.
