Job summary

Zes in Ankara is seeking a Senior Specialist for Software Analysis and Test Management to join the fast-growing EV platform team. You will oversee analysis and test activities, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and stakeholder needs.

You will translate requirements into actionable tasks, prepare test scenarios, and collaborate with product and development teams to improve quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in software product development / analysis / testing roles.
• Ability to translate complex tech to clear requirements and tasks.
• Experience with SQL and Postman for data queries and API testing.
• Experience with Lucidchart for diagrams; KPI setting and product timing.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps; agile methods a plus.
• Strong English communication and cross-team collaboration.

To work on software solutions for both Zes and Electrip brands, we are looking for a Senior Specialist | Software Analysis and Test Management located in Ankara. It is an opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative business and be at the frontier of the growing EV market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the software analysis and test management of our EV charging station management platform. You will be based in Ankara and will report to Executive of Software Analysis and Test Management Team in Smart Systems Department.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

• Understand technical needs and use cases from internal and regional teams, and benchmark global best practices to deliver customer-centric, needs-based products and features.
• Ensure the technical implementation of the short- and long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product management teams.
• Translate roadmap items and business unit’s requests into actionable tasks, define requirements and specifications, perform necessary analyses, and validate developments with the development team.
• Prepare test scenarios for requested tasks and test the requirements whether applied or not for functionality and interface.
• Prepare user manual document for the project/ module depending on the development.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand platform architecture and how different systems and integrations interact.
• Prioritize product plans by working closely with technical product teams and 3rd party development teams (if needed) to define feasible product requirements/specifications.
• Monitor product performance, quality, customer feedback and technology advancements continuously to drive improvements and keep platform/products up to date.
• Educate and influence related internal teams to maximize product ownership and adoption.
• Provide insight into new technologies and recommendations of adoption opportunities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of detailed experience working with software product development as a business/technical analyst, product manager, product owner or similar,
• Able to simply explain and translate complex technology concepts,
• Experience in working directly with related stakeholders to gather clear business requirements and compile tasks,
• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and control of digital projects,
• Practical experience with SQL and Postman for data queries and API testing,
• Practical experience with Lucid Chart for drawing mock-ups, activity/flow/uml diagrams,
• Being able to prepare analysis documents and test scenario,
• Ability to set KPI’s and monitor, evaluate regularly to effectively manage products’ time to market,
• Being able to think analytically, practical and result-oriented,
• Strong ability to use data to make decisions,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills in English,
• Experience in software-as-a-service is a plus,
• Having knowledge about Agile/Scrum principles and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps is a plus,
• Experience working with complex software ecosystems and third-party integrations is a plus,
• Understanding EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility concepts is a plus.
• Experience in software test automation process is a plus.
