Job summary

Emlakjet is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for a leading proptech platform in Turkey. You will align cross-functional teams, translate strategies into actionable stories, and lead agile ceremonies to deliver features that improve retention and engagement.

Key responsibilities include data-driven decision making, AI-driven enhancements, and collaboration with Data Science and Marketing to optimize user experiences across web and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in digital product management across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence usage.
• Data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and customer-centric design.
• Familiar with mobile app ecosystems and ASO concepts.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies applied to consumer products.
• Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM tools (Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera).
• Experience in Proptech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision in line with company goals, build and manage the short-term and long-term product roadmap.
• Execution & Delivery: Translate high-level strategies into detailed user stories and requirements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Agile Leadership: Lead the development process within Agile/Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, grooming, and reviews with Engineering and Design teams.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product KPIs (Retention, Conversion, Engagement), analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics/Clarity, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
• AI Implementation: collaborate with Data Science teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve the user experience (e.g., recommendation engines, smart valuation), and manage the productization of these models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management (End-to-end lifecycle management).
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
• Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem and an understanding of ASO mechanics (keywords, store visuals, ratings).
• A strong interest in or fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to consumer products.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation & CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera) and understanding of user segmentation/targeting.
• Experience in Proptech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English
