Hedef Filo in Marmara Bölgesi is seeking a BI/Data Analytics Engineer to design and build advanced dashboards and data products using Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions, driving data-driven decision making across customer analytics, operations, and pricing.

The role involves developing advanced analytics use cases, forecasting, segmentation, and machine learning applications (Python preferred).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
• 3+ years experience in BI, Data Analytics or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud.
• SQL and data querying experience.
• ETL tools (SSIS or similar).
• Solid understanding of Data modeling and Data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with Predictive analytics and statistical modeling; Machine learning exposure (Python preferred).
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into data solutions.

• Design and build advanced dashboards and data products using Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud to support strategic decision making
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions
• Drive data-driven decision making across key domains such as customer analytics, operational efficiency and pricing
• Develop and deliver advanced analytics use cases including forecasting, segmentation and predictive modeling
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Enable and promote self-service analytics capabilities across business teams
• Guide and support users in ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions
• Contribute to the design and evolution of data warehouse and ETL processes
• Support and actively contribute to Hedef Filo’s data & AI transformation journey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud*

• ETL tools (SSIS or similar)
