Job summary

Standard Profil Group is seeking a BI Data Analytics Lead to drive enterprise reporting strategy and shape the data platform architecture. You will collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics and AI-driven insights across the organization.

You will lead SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere migrations, design executive dashboards, govern data quality, and champion Gen AI and analytics automation across reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in Enterprise Data Warehousing, BI, and analytics.
• Experience leading analytics programs in international settings.
• Hands-on with SAP BW/BW4HANA, Datasphere, BO, and Tableau.

As we continue to modernize our global technology and analytics landscape, we are looking for a BI Data Analytics Lead to drive our enterprise-wide reporting strategy, shape our future data platform architecture, and unlock the power of AI-driven insights across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic analytics initiatives, influence executive decision-making, and play a key role in our transition toward a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.

As BI Data Analytics Lead, you will serve as the key driver of our enterprise analytics roadmap and work closely with business and IT stakeholders across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives
• Drive the transition from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and support our cloud analytics transformation
• Design, develop, and optimize executive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
• Manage and further develop reporting environments using SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Ensure data governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards across reporting platforms
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources into centralized analytics environments
• Support the development of a future-proof enterprise data architecture
• Identify and implement AI and machine learning use cases within reporting and analytics
• Drive adoption of Generative AI technologies and analytics automation
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding data, analytics, and AI investments
• Partner with internal and external teams to continuously improve reporting processes and capabilities

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
• Proven experience in leading analytics and reporting initiatives in an international environment
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/BW4HANA including data modeling, ETL design, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and cloud-based data platforms
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures
• Experience managing large-scale migration and transformation projects
• Familiarity with modern AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, SAP Joule, or similar solutions
• Knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA, and Python is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
