Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Türkiye seeks a senior BI professional to own end-to-end BI and data analytics initiatives, reporting to the BI Executive. You will lead data modeling, DWH architecture, ETL, and visualization using Power BI, and partner with units to drive KPI-driven insights.

You’ll design scalable data solutions from SAP S/4HANA and other sources, deliver actionable dashboards, and independently manage multiple analytics projects based on business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS in CS, Stats, Math, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BI/Data Warehousing.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse design experience.
• Proven ability to create dashboards in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI programs, including data modeling and DWH architecture.
• Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and translate needs into data solutions.
• Design, maintain ETL processes from diverse sources (SAP S/4HANA, IQVIA, APIs, SQL).
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Create visual stories and interactive dashboards in Power BI for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage analytical projects independently, prioritizing by business impact.
