Job summary

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. You will gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, translate them into clear software specifications, and support agile product delivery.

With 8+ years of experience and strong communication, you will collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer Science or related fields.
8+ years of business analyst experience gathering and analyzing requirements.
Analytical approach to KPI monitoring and process improvement.
Creative and strategic thinking for project implementation and problem solving.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile project teams and take Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities when requested.
Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements and design solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical software specifications and deliverables.
Support UAT planning and execution.
Apply knowledge in AI development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
