Job summary

Agito Software & Consulting is seeking a Product Owner to support leading insurance clients. You will follow domestic and international products, benchmark against market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmaps.

The role requires at least 5 years in insurance product management, strong UI/UX skills with Figma, and experience with Jira and Agile processes. You will interview customers to identify needs and translate them into actionable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with IPS processes and insurance domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in UI/UX and using design tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Follow domestic and international products/applications, benchmark analysis and share with product members.
• Help develop product development strategies to drive growth in the sector or new areas.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify and prioritize needs, opportunities, and product points.
• Coordinate product strategy, road map and quality standards with product, design and software teams.
• Serve as the primary communication point for the development team, clarifying user stories.

Looking for Product Owner to assist our leading clients in insurance industry,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management in the insurance industry.
• To follow domestic and international products/applications, benchmarking analysis and share with product members, keep up-to-date with digital trends.
• To help develop product development strategies that can find growth support in the sector or in new areas.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify and prioritize needs, new opportunities, and the product's core and development points.
• Extensive knowledge of Individual Pension System (IPS) processes.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and ability to design in Figma design tool.
• Ability to use tools such as Miro/FigJam to track product management activities.
• Have experience in working with agile project management principles and being able to use Jira.
• Stay in communication with product, design, and software teams to understand and coordinate product strategy, road map, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary communication point for the development team, answering questions and providing clarification on user stories.
• Identify and address product issues and defects, working closely with maintenance teams to resolve them; review bug and enhancement requests from customers to develop permanent solutions.
