Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, information systems, software engineering, automotive engineering, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a "Business Analyst" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Automotive Sector".

This role involves evaluating business and software requirements, collaborating closely with development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle, and ensuring projects are executed effectively using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities also include tracking project performance against quality, timeline, budget, and resource objectives, as well as preparing project status reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies, define priorities, and support the successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile project activities, including sprint preparation, backlog refinement, progress tracking, and validation of deliverables.
• Assess product outcomes through performance metrics and user insights, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Support organizational process improvement, digitalization, and automation efforts by working closely with business and technical teams.
• Lead or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring business requirements are properly validated and documented.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in information systems (IS) or information technology (IT) project environments.
• Solid understanding of business analysis practices, requirements elicitation, and business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with project collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Ability to manage changes, risks, issues, and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
