Job summary

PiA (People in Action) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business needs and define solution requirements, ensuring successful delivery of software projects primarily for public sector organizations. You will lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of BA experience, proven public sector project experience, and proficiency with BPM/UML, JIRA, and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in public sector software projects is mandatory.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPM/UML, JIRA, and business process modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to UAT and production deployment.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, user stories, test scenarios, and other project artifacts.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of software projects, primarily for public sector organizations.

What Will You Do?

• Analyze business needs and gather, document, and manage business requirements.
