Job summary

Hitachi and YORK brands require a Brand Manager to strengthen market presence in Türkiye within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio. The role focuses on developing brand strategies, positioning and integrated marketing across channels.

You will manage campaigns, digital activations, PR, events and sponsorships, coordinate with Sales, Product Management and Communications, and oversee agencies and budgets. English proficiency is required; HVAC/technical B2B/B2C experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• HVAC or technical B2B/B2C experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in Türkiye in line with objectives and global guidelines.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through insights.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, partners and marketing budgets for effective execution.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Communications and other functions to align initiatives.
