Job summary

The Adecco Group Türkiye Gebze ofisi, farklı sektörlere HR çözümleri sunan küresel bir liderdir. Branch Manager olarak, satış hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek, müşteri portföyünü genişletmek ve operasyonları liderlik etmek için takımını yönetecektir.

İdeal aday, İngilizce akıcı ve en az 5 yıl yöneticilik deneyimi ile satış odaklı olabilir; müşteri odaklı yaklaşım ve veriye dayalı performans yönetimi becerilerine sahip olmalıdır. Üniversite diploması ve güçlü iletişim becerileri aranmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Üniversite tarafından saygın bir lisans diploması.
• Önceki danışmanlık deneyimi tercih edilir.
• İyi yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce becerisi.
• Güçlü satış deneyimi ve en az 5 yıllık yönetici deneyimi, özellikle hizmet sektöründe.
• Güçlü ticari öngörü ve iş farkındalığı, müşteri odaklı ve fırsat odaklı bir yaklaşım.
• Analitik beceriler ve verilerle iş performansını sürdürme yeteneği.
• Kendi kendine motivasyonu yüksek, sonuç odaklı ve kendinden emin bir profesyonel.
• Güçlü liderlik, ekip yönetimi ve koçluk becerileri.
• İyi iletişim ve müzakere yetenekleri.

Responsibilities

• Ayrılan bölgede yeni iş fırsatları elde etmek ve müşteri ağını genişleterek kârlı çalışmalar yürütmek.
• Satış hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek için saha çalışmalarına yoğun zaman ayırmak.
• Müşteri ilişkilerini geliştirmek ve hizmet kalitesini sürdürmek.
• Şubenin ticari büyümesini ve operasyonel mükemmeliyetini sağlamak.
• Operasyon ekibini yönlendirmek, yüksek performans ve çalışan bağlılığı sağlamak.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within the service sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, combined with a customer-oriented and opportunity-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive business performance through data and numerical targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and self-confident professional.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Establish and realise new business and market opportunities, build effective business relationships and expand the client network of the territory to endure ongoing profitable business in delivering all above HR services to the organizations.
• Proactively drive sales activities and spend significant time in the field engaging with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure the commercial growth and operational excellence of the branch.
• Lead, manage, and coach the operations team to ensure exceptional service quality, high performance, and strong employee engagement and motivation.
