Job summary

The Adecco Group in Gebze is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow our HR services business. You will develop new client relationships, drive sales in the territory, and oversee daily operations to ensure top service levels.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong English, and at least 5 years of managerial experience in service sectors, with a data-driven, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within the service sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and realise new business and market opportunities, build effective client relationships and expand the client network in the territory.
• Proactively drive sales activities and spend significant time in the field engaging with clients to achieve targets.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure commercial growth and operational excellence of the branch.
• Lead, manage, and coach the operations team to ensure service quality and high performance.
