Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Blockchain Security Ops Engineer to design, implement, and secure ING’s digital asset platforms. You will work on wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, and custody models in a security‑driven, regulated banking environment.

The role blends cyber security with digital asset technology, collaborating with global teams and engineers to ensure secure, auditable production systems. Hybrid work model and August remote options are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in Agile organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above)
