Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Istanbul is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Billing) to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for freight, warehousing, customs and intercompany transactions. The role collaborates with Operations, Accounting and AR to support financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should hold an associate or bachelor’s in business/finance, be proficient in Excel, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, finance operations, or shared services is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process freight, warehousing, customs, and service-related invoices.
• Ensure accurate billing based on data from multiple systems.
• Manage invoice adjustments, credit notes, cancellations, and corrections.
• Support exchange rate difference invoicing and other charges.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, AR to resolve billing issues.
• Process intercompany billing and cost allocation transactions.
• Support monthly cost recharges and service invoicing.
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
